Our Commitment to Your Privacy:

AdCap Securities has a long standing policy of protecting the confidentiality and security of information we collect about our clients. We will not share nonpublic information about you (“Information”) without your consent, except for the specific purposes described below. This notice describes the information we may gather and the circumstances under which we may share it.

Why We Collect and How We Use Information:

We limit the collection and use of Information to that which we require to deliver superior service to you. Such service includes maintaining your accounts with us, processing transactions requested by you and administering our business.

How We Gather Information:

We get most Information directly from you when you initially open your account and, subsequently, during our ongoing relationship, as the need arises. This Information may relate to your finances, investments, employment, and other personal characteristics, as well as transactions and interactions with us or others.

How We Protect Information:

Our employees and registered representatives are required to protect the confidentiality of Information and to comply with our established policies. They may access Information only when there is an appropriate reason to do so, such as to provide our services. We also maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect information, which comply with all applicable laws. Employees who violate our Privacy Policy are subject to disciplinary process.

Disclosure of Information:

We do not disclose nonpublic personal information relating to current or former customers to any third parties, except as required or permitted by law, including but not limited to any obligations of the firm under the USA PATRIOT Act, and in order to facilitate the processing of customer transactions in the ordinary course of business. If, at any time in the future, it is necessary to disclose any of your Information in a way that is inconsistent with our Privacy Policy, we will give you advance notice of the proposed disclosure so that you may have the opportunity to opt out of such disclosure.

How to Opt Out or Stop Certain Disclosures About You:

If you prefer that we do not disclose nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties, you may opt out of those disclosures, that is, you may direct us not to make these disclosures (other than disclosures permitted by law). Former Customers:

Even if you are no longer a customer, our Privacy Policy will continue to apply to you.

In keeping with the requirements of federal law establishing privacy standards for all financial services related firms, we will update you with our current privacy policy on an annual basis. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy. Please address questions regarding our Privacy Policy to
